All'esterno c'è una terrazza con tavolo, sedie e barbecue a legna. La casa è completamente attrezzata, climatizzata e ideale per famiglie o gruppi di amici.
La casa vacanza si trova in una zona tranquilla, su proprietà privata ed è immersa nel verde. La privacy e la vicinanza alle città circostanti come Malinska e Krk lo rendono un rifugio perfetto per la migliore vacanza.

In soli 10 minuti potete essere sulla spiaggia di Pinezići, Glavotok o anche a Malinska. Se siete alla ricerca di silenzio e relax in campagna e volete essere abbastanza vicini per esplorare la ricca storia dell'isola e godervi la gastronomia delle città circostanti, Vrh è la scelta che fa per voi!

Unsere Buchung der Villa Elegant in Vrh über Adria Holiday Rent war von Anfang bis Ende eine absolut positive Erfahrung. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war schnell, freundlich und zuverlässig – alle Fragen wurden sofort beantwortet und wir fühlten uns rundum gut betreut. Besonders angenehm war die klare und transparente Abwicklung, von der Buchung bis zum Check-in. Vor Ort hat alles reibungslos funktioniert: Die Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert, die Villa war genauso wie beschrieben – wenn nicht sogar besser. Es ist deutlich zu spüren, dass Adria Holiday Rent großen Wert auf Qualität, Sauberkeit und Kundenzufriedenheit legt. Ein besonderer Dank gilt dem Gastgeber, er uns mit viel Herzlichkeit empfangen und war jederzeit erreichbar. Dadurch konnten wir unseren Urlaub vollkommen entspannt genießen. The villa looks absolutely beautiful in the pictures, but even better in real life. It is stunning. Every detail has been thought of and the property is perfect in every way. The host was excellent, from the moment we checked in, to when we had to leave. He made sure our stay went without any problems and his communication couldn't be improved. The villa was very clean and has something to cater for everyone, from the beautiful pool to the games room. The standard of the property along with the extra touches from the hosts make sure this property is a cut above other properties you may come across. I give my highest recommendation.
Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus in Kroatien! Der Gastgeber war unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Das Haus ist äußerst sauber und gepflegt – man merkt sofort, dass hier viel Liebe zum Detail steckt. Besonders der Pool war ein Highlight, perfekt zum Entspannen und Abkühlen an warmen Tagen. Ein weiteres großes Plus ist die Wallbox für das Elektrofahrzeug, was das Reisen mit einem E-Auto sehr komfortabel macht. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet, mit stilvollen und gemütlichen Möbeln, die eine angenehme Atmosphäre schaffen.
