Questa affascinante villa di recente costruzione è ideale per famiglie numerose o gruppi di amici. È immerso nel verde e offre una vista mozzafiato sul Mar Adriatico. La piscina privata di 50 m² (13 metri di lunghezza) riempita con acqua salata è il fulcro dell'area esterna e vi offre il perfetto refrigerio nelle calde giornate estive.
Al piano terra si trova una moderna cucina completamente attrezzata, un ampio soggiorno e due camere da letto con bagno privato. Dal soggiorno si accede ad un ampio terrazzo con meravigliosa vista sul mare e ad un grazioso salottino per serate rilassanti. C'è anche una cucina estiva e un'area barbecue dove potrete preparare deliziosi pasti per i vostri cari. Al primo piano si trovano una camera da letto con bagno en suite, una sauna e uno spogliatoio. Questa villa unica ha diversi balconi da cui si può godere della meravigliosa vista sul mare. Dispone inoltre di una galleria con attrezzi ginnici e calcio balilla. La villa dispone di due posti auto in garage.

Wir waren eine Woche in der Villa Aurum und es war rundum traumhaft. Die Inhaber haben uns unglaublich herzlich empfangen und waren immer hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Die Villa ließ keine Wünsche offen und war perfekt für zwei Familien. Bei der Ausstattung wurde an alles gedacht. Auch die Outdoor Küche war eine große Bereicherung. Die Lage war einzigartig und der Pool hatte angenehme 29-30 Grad. Wir können die Villa nur empfehlen
This house is absolutely stunning! The view from every room is breathtaking! The home is brand new and the layout is perfect! Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The upstairs master suite is even better in person! The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need! The pool and outside patios are amazing! This might be the most beautiful home we’ve ever stayed in. Only downside is there were no beach chairs or pads. Definitely bring your own and water shoes for trips to the beach.
